My Kharcha is an ad-supported app, provided at no cost and intended for use as is. My Kharcha Pro is also available as an ad-free version of the app, offered as a paid purchase. From this point onward in this policy, "My Kharcha" and "My Kharcha Pro" are together referred to as "My Kharcha."
Anyone who installs or attempts to install My Kharcha is considered to have read, accepted, and agreed to this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms & Conditions.
My Kharcha Pro provides its ad-free service for as long as My Kharcha continues to operate. Should the service shut down, or should we decide to discontinue My Kharcha or My Kharcha Pro, any amount previously paid to purchase My Kharcha Pro will not be refunded or returned, except as described under "Money refund process" below. We reserve the right to discontinue My Kharcha or My Kharcha Pro at any time without prior notice to customers or users. The one-time purchase of My Kharcha Pro should not be understood as a lifetime guarantee of service. We apply reasonable security measures, but no digital service can be made completely secure; in the event of data loss, theft, or a data leak, the My Kharcha team will not be held responsible.
If you purchase My Kharcha Pro, you may request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Whenever you use our Service, if the app encounters an error, we collect data and information (through third-party products) referred to as Log Data. This Log Data may include your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, advertising ID, the app's configuration at the time of the Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

However, the app may include third-party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. My Kharcha and My Kharcha Pro offer an optional Google Drive backup feature. If you choose to enable it, the app asks you to sign in with Google Sign-In and requests the restricted drive.file Google Drive scope. This scope only allows the app to see, create, and manage the specific backup files it creates itself in your Google Drive — it cannot see, read, or modify any other files already in your Drive.
When you enable this feature, a copy of your local app database (your expense, income, and account records) is uploaded to a folder created by the app in your own Google Drive account, so you can restore it later or on another device. This data is stored in your Google Drive under your own Google account and is not accessible to us.
You can revoke the app's access to your Google Drive at any time from your Google Account's Security & third-party access settings, or by disabling Drive backup and signing out from within the app.
My Kharcha offers in-app purchases. My Kharcha Pro is currently available as a one-time paid app on Google Play, though this may change in the future — for example, Pro access could become subscription-based, time-limited, or offered under a different plan, at My Kharcha's discretion. Google Drive backup is offered as an in-app purchase available within both My Kharcha and My Kharcha Pro. Pricing, billing periods, and purchase types for any of these offerings are shown at the time of purchase within Google Play, and may be changed, added, or discontinued in the future at My Kharcha's discretion.
Google Drive backup is billed and processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, see, or store your payment card or bank details — these are handled directly by Google Play. Google Play shares with us only the information necessary to confirm and manage your subscription, such as its status and renewal date. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Google Play Store's Subscriptions section on your device.
We use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging, to understand how the app is used, to diagnose and fix crashes, and to send app-related notifications. These services may collect device and usage information such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and general usage events. This information is used only to improve the app's stability and experience, and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
My Kharcha (the free, ad-supported version) shows ads using Google AdMob and Meta (Facebook) Audience Network. These advertising networks may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier and general usage data in order to show and measure ads, and may use this information in line with their own privacy policies (Google Ads, Meta). My Kharcha Pro does not show ads and does not include these advertising SDKs. You can reset or limit ad tracking at any time from your device's system settings.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, and we strongly advise you to review their privacy policies. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
This Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary action.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes. You can access this page from My Kharcha app > Contact Us > Terms and Conditions, or from the Google Play Store listing for My Kharcha or My Kharcha Pro. Changes to this policy are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
